新版C-TPAT最低安全标准（MSC）已正式生效！(Time:2020-02-26 11:48:37)
近期CBP官网发布了新版C-TPAT最低安全标准（MSC），且该套标准现已生效。目前CBP官网已提供本套文件的英文版下载。新版MSC分为以下12个界别：
■ Air Carriers 航空承运商
■ Consolidators(Air Freight Consolidators, Ocean Transport Intermediaries, and Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCC)) 集运商（空运集运商，海洋运输中介人和非船运公共承运商（NVOCC））
■ Customs Brokers 报关行
■ Exporters 出口商
■ Foreign Manufacturers 境外制造商
■ Highway Carriers 高速公路承运商
■ Importers 进口商
■ Long Haul Carriers in Mexico 墨西哥的长途运输商
■ Marine Port Authority and Terminal Operators 海港管理处和码头经营者
■ Rail Carriers 铁路承运商
■ Sea Carriers 海运承运商
■ Third Party Logistics Providers (3PL) 第三方物流提供商（3PL）
