Semi-Announced audit to be launched on the 14th of January(Time:2016-12-26 16:50:47)
FTA is pleased to announce the launch of the “semi announced” audits from the January 2017.
From this date on, all audit requests in the BSCI platform will have by default the audit announcement methodology set as “semi announced”, as per the Steering Committee approval in December 2015. Participants will still have the possibility to request fully announced audits, under certain circumstances.
A comprehensive communication with all related documents and links will be sent out on the 9th of January.
Training material is being developed for participants, producers and auditing companies such as webinars, FAQ documents and power point presentations.
Webinars for participants will be conducted the two first weeks of January, to explain the new audit request workflow and the changes on the BSCI platform. The concrete dates for these webinars will be confirmed and communicated on the FTA Academy shortly.
Webinars for auditing companies will be conducted on the 29th of December and 4th of January.
All material for Participants, Producers and Auditing Companies will be available on the FTA academy the first week of January.
